    After having new countertops installed we were ready for a backsplash. We contacted New Shine Tile at the recommendation of our countertop installer. Lucas was incredibly helpful and pleasant when I called him. He was responsive to questions I sent via text messages. His worker arrived on time was polite and diligently worked to complete the job in one day. We are thrilled with the end result! It was the last piece we needed to pull the kitchen together.     Lucas and the entire team are a dream to work with. Our 2nd floor bathroom project went sideways when the original contractor walked away from the job, I reached out to New Shine Tile and Lucas immedialty jumped in, asked all the questions needed, provided me the pricing, then helped answer all my questions and address my concerns. We ran into a small plumbing issue, Lucas took it upon himself to connect me with his reference, which also worked out very well. His guys were fast, clean and respectful with our home. The took the time where needed to ensure the finishing was top - notch. AMAZING company to work with, fair pricing, ontime, honest and above all, communicative during the process. See more See less

    This was my first time using this company. I was extremely nervous when I spoke with Lucas. He was very calm, professional and assured me everything would be done to my satisfaction.     Lucas and his team were very professional and reasonably priced. They showed up on time and did a great job. The only way you would know they were here is because of the beautiful tile that replaced the plain old painted kitchen island walls. They protected the floor, counter tops, walls, and baseboards and wiped down door knobs and handles leaving everything probably a little cleaner than they arrived. I will definitely use them for future projects and highly recommend them. See more See less

    It was a delight to work with Lucas. In addition to being deeply professional, he did a beautiful job! He even finished a day early. He and his crew cleaned up every day when they finished working which I really appreciated given the work site's proximity to my bedroom. I am very pleased with his work. I'd hire him again for sure.     Lucas and his team did an AMAZING job on our shower. Lucas also went above and beyond to help us figure out the best combination of tile to use. They were professional, accurate and got the job done quickly. We will definitely be calling them back when we are ready for the backsplash in our kitchen.     These guys are awesome! Very professional, a lot of attention to detail. They took the time to do prep work like laying down paper on our countertops and laying down tarps on the floors. The end result looks great, we love our new back splash. See more See less
